I am from Rochester Hills, Michigan United States of America and I am 55 years old. I’ve been skydiving for 11 years and have made 1652 skydives during that time.
My professional occupation is Dentist.
My Biography:
Since the age of two, my Mom told me I was an achiever, a doer. I graduated Summa Cum Laude, then fifth in my Dental School graduating class. At the age of 42, I jumped out af a "perfectly good airplane." I consider this one of my best accomplishments. On my first static line jump, I froze when the airplane door opened. I embarassed myself!! The next weekend, I returned to the DZ and was successful. Skydiving has been my passion ever since. There is nowhere else that you can go to get that feeling of flying and joining the birds in the sky!

Skiing, Yoga, Bicycling
Ice Climbing
Mountain climbing (summitted Mt Rainier, Mt Kilimanjaro, MachuPicchu)
Reading Nonfiction/TrueCrime
Forensics (Member of DMORT and worked in the morgue after Katrina/Rita to identify storm victims by using dental records)
Medical Missions (have practiced dentistry in Mexico, Jamaica, Argentina)

Why I feel it’s important to participate in JFTC:
I am so thrilled and proud to be invited to be part of this event! I participated in JFTC in 2005 and I must say that the energy at the event was amazing. Over 150 women pooled their resources to accomplish both a World Record in Skydiving and raise awareness for breast cancer. I am a breast cancer SURVIVOR. All of you know someone that has been affected by this disease. I know that the treatments are better than ever. A cure is not far away. Give for your Mom, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Friend. You write the check and we'll do the skydiving! Don't forget GIRLS KICK ASS!
