I am from Tonsberg, Norway and I am 44 years old. I’ve been skydiving for 25 years and have made 3200 skydives during that time.
My professional occupation is Senior adviser within civil protection and societal security.
My Biography:
Norwegian national team 1990-1992 (FS-4 and FS-8)
World Team participant in 1994, 1996, 1999, 2004 and 2006 (and world record holder in largest formation, 400 skydivers)
European Champion in FS-16, 1998
FAI Formation skydiving judge since 2000 - have judged every World Cup/World Championship since 2001.
JFTC participant in 2002 and 2005 (and world record holder in largest female formation)
My Hobbies & Other Interests:
Other than skydiving; hiking, motorbiking and bringing up my two daughters.
Why I feel it’s important to participate in JFTC:
Also in Norway, breast cancer is one of the cancer types that are increasing the most.
I'm fortunate to have several friends that have detected their breast cancer at an early stage, and thus having positive prognosis for healing, but I have also seen how tough it is to go through a typical cancer treatment. I'm very happy to be able to contribute to the fight against breast cancer.
